Why choose pick up in store?

When you choose to shop online and pick up in-store, you get the convenience and flexibility of choosing when, where, and how you want to receive your new ECCO shoes. Plus, with in-store pick up, you'll never pay for shipping costs.

    • What is Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store? Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store lets you shop us.ecco.com and collect your order at an ECCO store near you. Add items to your cart, select Pick Up In-Store at checkout, and choose your preferred store. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready.

    • Is in-store pickup available at all ECCO stores? In-store pickup is available at participating ECCO stores. If an item isn’t in stock at your preferred location, it can be shipped there from our warehouse or another store. At checkout, select Pick Up In-Store to see available locations near you.

    • How much does in-store pickup cost? In-store pickup is always free.

    • What is the minimum order value for in-store pickup? There isn’t one. In-store pickup is available on any order.

    • Are online and in-store prices the same? Do you price match? Prices on us.ecco.com match those in ECCO stores, except for occasional online- or store-exclusive promotions. We don’t offer price matching with other retailers.

    • Can I use a gift card for my pickup order? At this time, gift cards can’t be used on us.ecco.com. They are accepted at any company-owned ECCO Retail Store or ECCO Outlet.

    • When will my credit card be charged? Your card is authorized when you place your order and charged when you pick it up.

    • How will I know when my order is ready for pickup? We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready.

    • How long do I have to pick up my order? You’ll have 3 days from the time you receive your ready-for-pickup email. If your order isn’t collected within that time, it will be canceled automatically and you’ll receive a cancellation email.

    • What do I need to bring to pick up my order? Your ready-for-pickup email and a valid government-issued photo ID.

    • Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf? At this time, orders can only be picked up by the person who placed the order.

    • Can I change my pickup store after placing my order? Orders can’t be changed once they’ve been placed, so please double-check your details before checkout. If you have concerns about your order, contact us at eccousa@ecco.com and we’ll do our best to help.

    • Can I cancel my pickup order? Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at eccousa@ecco.com. If your cancellation is processed successfully, you’ll receive a cancellation email and your order won’t be charged.

    • How do I view my order history? Sign in and go to My Account > Order History to see your recent orders.

When placing an order on us.ecco.com, your payment will be processed once your order has shipped. PayPal payments are processed at the time of ordering. Your transaction is always secure. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you with any questions and to ensure your shopping experience is exceptional.

At this time, ECCO accepts orders only from devices with U.S. IP addresses and with credit cards issued by U.S. banks.

Please note: Gift card redemptions are not currently available online. We apologize for the inconvenience. Gift cards can still be redeemed at our store locations.
