Orders are automatically accepted into our system the moment you click submit. We generally ship orders within 2–3 business days. Due to our processing times, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. However, if we are unable to ship your items within 30 days, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
A street address is required for all deliveries. We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Standard Shipping, but only within the continental U.S.
We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, we only ship merchandise within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.
Unless you specify an alternative delivery option the goods will be shipped via standard shipping.
Shipping rates on all orders are based on the merchandise subtotal before promotional discounts are applied.

ECCO CLUB members get free delivery on every order, no minimum spend required
Non-members get free delivery on orders of $150 or more
