I loved the Fjuel Trainer and should have stocked up, knowing Ecco would kill it. After an lengthy fallow period with some fairly dreadful offerings, they finally hit the mark here: The BIOM 2.2 is a superb shoe. I walk six to ten miles at a time in them and they're a joy to have on my feet. They're equally comfortable to wear to the office. It's nice to have breathable mesh and leather options. I've got both.

Finally, a worth successor to the Fjuel Trainer

I ordered size 41. This sneaker is noticeably narrower than normal to the point of pinching both sides of my foot. I have over 20 pairs of Ecco shoes. This is the second time it happened. Sending it back. Don’t think a 42 would work either. Very disappointing as I love the look and feel of the shoe.
