Returns

Important Update: Starting October 29, 2024, returns on orders placed via us.ecco.com will require customers to use a new, fully electronic process available through this link: Click here. The updated method aims to streamline overall process and enhance your experience. To initiate a return, please have your EC/US order number ready and the email address used to place the order. We will verify return eligibility and will reach out if further information is needed or if the return does not qualify.

Return By Mail

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a refund. We will issue you a credit to the original form of payment.

We make every effort to process your return quickly. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your credit.

If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.

At this time, us.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase. ECCO owned and operated stores returns are limited to 2 pairs per day per customer.

Return on socks are only accepted if the socks are unworn and the packaged is unopened.

ECCO MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURNS THAT WERE PURCHASED IN VIOLATION OF ECCO POLICIES, INCLUDING ECCO'S NO RESALE POLICY. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR RESALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE.

Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your us.ecco.com purchase. We can only issue credit to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All us.ecco.com returns must be sent back using your returns label that was included in your original shipment.

Return In Store

You can return your ECCO online purchase to any of our company owned ECCO Retail Store or ECCO Outlet.

Independent retailers that carry ECCO shoes do not accept returns from us.ecco.com. Please bring the following items with you when returning to an ECCO store:

    • Order and email shipping confirmation

    • Packing list that was included with your purchase

    • The merchandise in unworn condition and in the original box

    • Valid ID

    • Your original form of payment

    • ECCO owned and operated stores returns are limited to 2 pairs per day per customer.
