Orders are automatically accepted the moment you click Pay and your payment is processed. We generally process orders within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 2–7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
A street address is required for all deliveries. We can ship to P.O. boxes via standard shipping within the continental US. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii — additional fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses or US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Shipping rates are based on the merchandise subtotal before promotional discounts are applied.

In-store pickup is available at participating ECCO stores. If the item isn't currently in stock at your preferred location, it can be shipped there from our warehouse or another store. At checkout, select Click & Collect to see available locations and choose your preferred store.
To cancel a pickup order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at eccousa@ecco.com. If your cancellation is processed successfully, you will receive a cancellation email and your order will not be charged.
