No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older and at least the age of majority at the time of entry. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Employees of ECCO USA, INC. and its promotional partners (including McLemore Resort, LLC) and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of such employees, are not eligible.
By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws, represent that you satisfy the eligibility requirements, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or rules.
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 9, 2026. Entries must be received during this period to be eligible.
No purchase is necessary to enter. There are two ways to enter: (1) visit us.ecco.com, log in to your ECCO CLUB account or sign up for free if you're not a member, and follow the on-screen instructions on the sweepstakes entry page; or (2) if you're not an ECCO CLUB member and don't wish to become one, email your first name, last name, and email address to ECCOUSA@ecco.com with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry – ECCO Club Giveaway."
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. All sweepstakes entries become the property of ECCO and will not be returned. ECCO is not responsible for incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or late entries due to technical failures or transmission errors of any kind.
One (1) winner will receive: a two (2) night stay at Cloudland at McLemore Resort in a standard guest room; two (2) rounds of golf at McLemore Resort for the winner and one (1) guest (one round on The Highlands, one round on The Keep); two (2) pairs of ECCO Golf Shoes; and round-trip airfare and ground transportation for two (2) people to McLemore Resort. No prize benefits beyond those expressly listed above are included, including any additional lodging, additional travel, or additional guests.
Estimated total prize value: up to $5,000 USD, depending on winner's location. No prize substitution, cash equivalent, transfer, or assignment is permitted, except ECCO may substitute a prize of similar value.
The winner is solely responsible for all food and beverages, travel insurance, taxes, parking, resort fees, and any incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize. Travel must be booked at least 30 days in advance and completed by December 31, 2027, subject to availability and blackout dates. The winner must confirm travel dates within 14 days of notification. Golf tee times must be reserved with McLemore Resort in advance of the visit. Other restrictions may apply.
One (1) winner will be chosen by random drawing on or about July 10, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
The winner will be contacted by ECCO via email to the address provided at entry and must respond within seven (7) days, supplying their legal name, email address, mailing address, and birth date for prize fulfillment purposes. The winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release. Failure to respond or comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize; ECCO may select an alternate winner at its discretion.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants ECCO and its promotional partners the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Unless you opt out, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with McLemore Resort, LLC for their own marketing and communications purposes, governed by their privacy policy at themclemore.com/privacy-policy. You may opt out of this sharing by emailing ECCOUSA.Privacy@ecco.com with the subject line "Opt-out Sweepstakes Entry – ECCO Club Giveaway" and including your first name, last name, and email address. You may also unsubscribe from McLemore communications at any time directly through their emails.
Under California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125), this sweepstakes may be considered a "financial incentive." In addition to your right to opt out of ECCO sharing your information with McLemore Resort, you may withdraw from the sweepstakes entirely at any time before the winner is selected by emailing ECCOUSA.Privacy@ecco.com with the subject line "Sweepstakes Withdrawal – ECCO CLUB GIVEAWAY."
The winner is solely responsible for all taxes or assessments associated with the prize and may be required to provide tax documentation (such as IRS Form W-9).
ECCO, McLemore Resort, their promotional partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from the sweepstakes, prize use, technical failures, or transmission errors. Total liability shall not exceed the out-of-pocket expenses incurred to enter.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you must first send written notice to ECCO at ECCOUSA.Privacy@ecco.com describing your claim; ECCO has 60 days to investigate. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year or it is permanently barred.
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire. All disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action, and each party waives the right to a jury trial. ECCO may terminate, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
