This sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older and at least the age of majority in their respective state. Employees of ECCO USA, INC. (“ECCO”) and its promotional partners including McLemore Resort, LLC (“McLemore Resort”) and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of such employees, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes, you (a) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of ECCO, which are final and binding in all matters, and any and all applicable laws, rules, or regulations (collectively, “Applicable Laws”); (b) represent to ECCO that you satisfy these eligibility requirements, and (c) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
These Official Rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to the sweepstakes. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes or to win any of the prizes. You agree that your submission of an entry to the sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules.
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 9, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
No purchase is necessary to enter. There are two (2) ways to enter:
(i) Visit the us.ecco.com website, log into your ECCO Club account (or sign up for an ECCO Club account if you are not already a member), navigate to the ECCO Club Sweepstakes entry page, and follow the on-screen instructions to enter.
(ii) If you are not an ECCO Club Member and do not wish to become one, send an email to ECCOUSA@ecco.com with the subject line “Sweepstakes Entry – ECCO Club Giveaway” and include the following details: your first name, last name, and email address.
Regardless of method of entry, limit one (1) entry per person. For avoidance of doubt, you may not enter multiple times using multiple accounts, etc. All sweepstakes entries become the property of ECCO and will not be acknowledged or returned.
ECCO is not responsible for and will not consider any entries that (i) are incomplete, incorrect, damaged, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate or inaccurately captured, not received by ECCO, lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered, or late for any reason, including as a result of any technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, internet, server, email platform, website, application, access provider, network, computer, data transmission, or any third-party service errors, malfunctions, or difficulties (including any active or passive filtering) of any kind (collectively, “Transmission Failures”), or (ii) do not conform with the remainder of the requirements of these Official Rules (collectively, “Faulty Entries”).
If ECCO determines that there is any suspected or actual tampering, it may void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the sweepstakes, at which time, it may conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
One (1) potential winner will be chosen by a random drawing to be conducted on or about July 10, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be deemed a winner and eligible to receive the prize and the prize will be awarded only after the potential winner’s verification of eligibility and ECCO’s final verification and approval thereof. ECCO may disqualify you from this sweepstakes and deem any such entry by you void if it suspects or finds that you have: (i) violated (a) the Official Rules, including by entering or attempting to enter multiple times, including through use of multiple accounts, or (b) any Applicable Law; (ii) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, including by generating entries through an automated means to subvert entry process; (iii) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person; or (iv) attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or attempted or intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants, ECCO, or its representatives (collectively, “Violating Entries”). ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE DEEMED A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ECCO WILL DISQUALIFY YOU AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND MAY BAN OR DISQUALIFY YOU FROM THIS AND FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES. All materials submitted become the property of ECCO and will not be returned.
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package: (a) a two (2) night stay at Cloudland at McLemore Resort in a standard guest room; (b) two (2) rounds of golf at McLemore Resort for the winner and one (1) guest; (c) two (2) pairs of ECCO Golf Shoes; and (d) roundtrip travel for two (2) people to McLemore Resort, including airfare (originating from a major U.S. airport) and ground transportation from the airport to McLemore Resort. No prize benefits beyond those expressly listed above are included, including any additional lodging, additional travel, or additional guests. The estimated total value of the prize is up to $5,000 (USD), depending on the winner's location. The winner will be solely responsible for all food and beverages during the trip, travel insurance (if desired), taxes, and any other incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer, or assignment of prizes is permitted, except ECCO may substitute a prize or prizes of similar value. The winner will be contacted to arrange prize fulfillment, including travel booking and coordination with McLemore Resort. ECCO may require personal identification and other documentation to verify eligibility and redeem the prize. ECCO is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes, or for any travel delays, cancellations, or changes outside of ECCO's control. The prize package described in Section 7 is the sole prize that the winner is entitled to, regardless of whether its actual retail value is less than the estimated retail value set forth in Section 7. Travel and prize fulfillment must be completed by December 31, 2027, and is subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by ECCO and McLemore Resort. The winner must confirm travel dates within fourteen (14) days of being notified of winning, and must book travel at least thirty (30) days in advance of the travel date. ECCO will determine the departure airport based on the winner's residence and availability of flights; ECCO's determination of departure airport is final. Golf tee times must be reserved with McLemore Resort in advance of visit. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including valid government-issued identification. If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates required by ECCO, or fails to comply with any travel booking requirements, the winner will forfeit the prize and ECCO may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or not award the prize. Other restrictions may apply.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Many will enter, only one will win.
The sweepstakes winner will be contacted by ECCO via email to the email address provided by the winner in the sweepstake entry. The winner must respond by email within seven (7) days of being notified of winning. The winner must supply ECCO with their legal name, email address, mailing address, and birth date for prize fulfillment purposes. The winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release. Return of the prize notification as "undeliverable," or any failure to respond or to return any required affidavit and/or release in the time noted, or any other failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification of the selected winner and forfeiture of the prize. In the event of such disqualification or forfeiture, ECCO may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries by random drawing; however, ECCO is not required to award any forfeited prize and may choose not to select an alternate winner. The prize will be awarded after ECCO's receipt of the winner's response and any required affidavit of eligibility or release, and proper verification of the winner's identity and eligibility.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants ECCO and its promotional partners the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information, and city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. The winner may be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.
By entering the sweepstakes, you recognize and agree that the registration information provided by you will be made available to ECCO, and use of such information will be governed by ECCO's Privacy Policy found at https://us.ecco.com/legal-pages/legal-privacy-policy.html.
Additionally, unless you opt-out in accordance with this paragraph, you also acknowledge and agree that, as a condition of this sweepstakes, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with McLemore Resort, ECCO's promotional partner for this sweepstakes, for McLemore Resort's own marketing and communications purposes. McLemore Resort's use of your personal information will be governed by McLemore Resort's privacy policy, available at https://www.themclemore.com/privacy-policy. You may opt-out of ECCO sharing your personal information with McLemore Resort by sending an email to ECCOUSA.Privacy@ecco.com with the subject line "Opt-out Sweepstakes Entry – ECCO Club Giveaway" and include the following details: your first name, last name, and email address. Additionally, after we have shared your personal information with McLemore Resort, you may opt out of receiving marketing communications from them at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in their communications. Please note that by entering this sweepstakes, you are consenting to the sharing of your personal information with McLemore Resort as described above. For more information about your privacy rights, please see ECCO's Privacy Policy. You agree that personal information shared in connection with the sweepstakes: (i) may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules; and (ii) may be used to verify your identity, age, postal address, ECCO Club membership status, or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to participate in the sweepstakes.
Under California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125), this sweepstakes may be considered a “financial incentive” because ECCO and McLemore Resort collect personal information in exchange for the opportunity to win a prize. McLemore Resort is providing the prize in exchange for receiving entrant data for its own marketing and communications purposes. Material Terms: By entering the sweepstakes, you provide certain personal information (including your name, email address, and ECCO Club membership information) for the opportunity to win a prize with an estimated value of up to $5,000 (USD). As described in Section 12 (Privacy) and if applicable, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with McLemore Resort for their own marketing purposes as a condition of the prize sponsorship. Categories of Personal Information: The categories of personal information collected include identifiers (name and email address) and commercial information (ECCO Club membership status). Value of Personal Information: ECCO and McLemore Resort calculate the value of your personal information in good faith by considering the estimated value of the prize (up to $5,000 USD), the odds of winning based on the expected number of entries, and the marketing value of the entrant data to McLemore Resort. Given the nature and scope of data use, ECCO estimates the value of each participant’s personal information to be nominal. How to Opt In: You may opt in to this financial incentive by entering the sweepstakes. Right to Withdraw: In addition to your right to opt-out of ECCO sharing your personal information with McLemore Resort as described in Section 12 above, you may withdraw from the sweepstakes at any time before the winner is selected by emailing ECCO at ECCOUSA.Privacy@ecco.com with the subject line “Sweepstakes Withdrawal – ECCO CLUB GIVEAWAY.” Withdrawal will result in forfeiture of your entry and any chance of winning. ECCO may terminate, suspend, or modify these Official Rules or this sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time in any manner without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, including should any virus, worm, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, ECCO may terminate the sweepstakes.
ECCO and McLemore Resort, and their respective promotional partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries, all prize suppliers, and the directors, officers, employees, and agents of all such entities (the “Released Parties”) do not assume any liability for and may not be held liable for, and you hereby release and discharge, and will indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all liability, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising out of or relating to (i) the sweepstakes, including the administration of the sweepstakes, the selection or confirmation of winners, any errors, omissions, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including personal injuries, death, and property damage; (ii) publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party; (iii) any Faulty Entries or Violating Entries; (iv) any Transmission Failure, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the sweepstakes, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes; (v) any errors, omissions, or incorrect, or inaccurate information in any sweepstakes-related materials, including printing or advertising errors or the failure of or problems with any equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes howsoever caused; or (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party, including third-party computer "hackers" or otherwise. ECCO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the sweepstakes and any prizes. This section shall apply to the extent permitted by law.
Without limiting the foregoing or any other provision herein, the Released Parties' total liability for any and all claims, judgments, and awards against the Released Parties shall not exceed the total out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you to enter the sweepstakes. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any attorneys' fees, punitive, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages. This section shall apply to the extent permitted by law.
The winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes or other assessments associated with receipt and use of the prizes. The winner may be required to provide tax forms (including IRS Form W-9) or other documentation reasonably requested by ECCO before the prize is awarded.
ECCO will not be liable for failure or delay in the sweepstakes because of causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, terrorism, war, riots, fire, earthquake, flood, or degradation or failure of third party networks or communications infrastructure.
To request a copy of these Official Rules or a list of winners' names, please send an email to ECCOUSA@ecco.com with the subject line “Official Rules Request; ECCO CLUB GIVEAWAY” or “Winner’s List Request; ECCO CLUB GIVEAWAY,” as applicable. Requests must be received within one hundred eighty (180) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
As a condition precedent to initiating any lawsuit, claim, or other legal proceeding against any Released Party arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize, you must first send written notice to ECCO by email to ECCOUSA.Privacy@Ecco.com with the subject line “Legal Notice – ECCO CLUB GIVEAWAY,” describing the nature of the claim and the specific relief sought. ECCO shall have sixty (60) days from receipt of such notice to investigate and attempt to resolve the claim. You agree not to initiate any legal proceeding until this sixty (60) day period has expired. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. Failure to file within this one (1) year period shall result in the permanent barring of such claim. This section shall apply to the extent permitted by law.
EACH PARTY HERETO IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN OR TO HAVE A JURY PARTICIPATE IN RESOLVING ANY DISPUTE, ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE. ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM CLASS ACTION. THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
This sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by Applicable Law and is subject to all Applicable Laws. This sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Hampshire. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the state of New Hampshire for resolution of all claims, differences, and disputes the parties may have regarding these Official Rules. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that a breach by you of these Official Rules would cause ECCO irreparable harm for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy, and in the event of such breach or threatened breach, ECCO will be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief. The provisions of these Official Rules are deemed by the parties to be severable and the invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more of the provisions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If any one or more of the provisions of these Official Rules is held to be excessively broad or invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be reformed and construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law in conformance with its original intent.
